Before you listen to our Step 11: The IET® Homecoming audio program
There are several things that you will need before you listen to the IET® Homecoming Process presented in track 3 of this audio program:
1. Select an Angel Guide: This can be done by simply picking your favorite angel, or the angel that comes to mind when you read this instruction. You can also pick an angel card from our Angel Card Set or from our Bag of Blessings and the angel on the card will be your Angel Guide.
2. Have your Joy Stone Handy: A joy stone can be any small object that is made out of something natural like stone, ceramic, crystal, or wood. It would also be best if the object is smooth and easy to hold in your hand. It can also be one of the hand made “Joy Stones” available from The Center of Being website (www.LearnIET.com). As an alternative you can also use the inside edge of your index finger as a “virtual Joy Stone”.
3. Practice the “Hearthug” hand position: This can be done by placing your left hand over your heart as you extend your right arm out in front of you (as though you were placing it on your Angel Guide’s heart – with the fingers of your right hand pointing up and your right palm facing away from you).
Before you listen to our Step 12: The IET® Unity in Action audio program
There are several things that you will need to do before you listen to our IET® Unity in Action Process presented in track 3 of this audio program:
1. Select an Angel Guide: This can be done by simply picking your favorite angel, or the angel that comes to mind when you read this instruction. You can also pick an angel card from our Angel Card Set or from our Bag of Blessings and the angel on the card will be your Angel Guide.
2. Have a crystal to turn into your personal “Crystal Key”: You will need to have a crystal that you will transform into your own personal “Crystal Key” in this process. You can use any crystal of any shape or size you wish. Note: you can purchase a Merkaba shaped crystals cut from quartz, jasper, moonstone, agate and more like the ones used in our 2010 IET Master-Instructor Retreat.
3. Create your “Passion List”: As part of this Unity in Action program, you will learn how to use your Crystal Key to test which activities in our life are in alignment with our Heart’s Code and are therefore activities supported by Divine Direction, and which are not. It is helpful for you to have a list of activities that you are passionate about, either written down or simply in your mind that you can use in this process.
4. Review the Automatic Activation Hand Positions used in the process: There are several hand positions or mudras that will be used in this audio program as follows:
a. Automatic Re-Activation of Transformational Step 3: The Karma Clearing Process: Touch your thumb to the ring finger of either or both hands. Note: For extra Karma clearing, touch the Karma points located at the top of the back of the neck, just under the occipital ridge of the skull, on either side of the occipital indentation in the skull.
b. Automatic Re-Activation of Transformational Step 4: The Forgiveness Process: Bring the palms of your hands together in prayer pose.
c. Automatic Re-Activation of Transformational Step 5: The Empowered Heart Process: Place the fingertip of your left index finger on the thumb tip of your right thumb. Then place the fingertip of your right index finger on the thumb tip of your left thumb (this forms a figure eight). Finally touch the fingertips of your middle fingers together, your ring fingers together and your little fingers together (to form a steeple with your fingertips).
d. Automatic Re-Activation of Transformational Step 10: The Homecoming Process: Heart Hug: Extend your right hand out to offer love to your Angel Guide’s heart as you imagine your Angel Guide extending their right hand out to offer love to your heart. Then place your left hand over your heart, sealing in your Angel Guide’s love and imagine your Angel Guide placing their left hand over their heart, sealing in your love.
Before you listen to our Step 13: The IET® Ascension Process
Things you will need to achieve optimal benefit:
1. Joy Stone: During the IET Ascension Process we will be reactivating the IET Steps to Transformation Step 9 : “Pure Joy” process which involves touching something we call a “Joy Stone” with our thumb. Your Joy Stone should be a small smooth object that you can comfortably hold in your hand. You can also use the inside edge of your index finger as a “Virtual Joy Stone.
2. Crystal Key: During the IET Ascension Process we will be reactivating the IET Steps to Transformation Step 12 “Unity In Action” process using something we call a “Crystal Key”. Your Crystal key can be any type of crystal (quartz, amethyst, etc.) and should be small enough to easily hold in your hand.
3. Gratitude List: During the IET Ascension Process you will be asked to focus on the energy of gratitude by creating your personal gratitude list. You can create your personal gratitude list by sitting quietly for a few minutes and writing down a list of the things you are most grateful for.
Sequence of steps used in the IET Ascension Process:
1. Angelic Heartlink: reactivate IET Steps to Transformation Step 1 “Heartlink” process by touching your thumb to the middle finger of either or both hands. Heartlink especially to Angels Ariel and Cassiel. Offer your prayer of protection and direction.
2. Reactivation of the “Higher Steps to Transformation Steps 8 – 12”
a. Reactivate Step 8 – Connecting to the World Angel Grid: send out 10 human heartlinks from your heart to connect with the 10 layers of the World Angel Grid (one layer for each of the 9 Healing Angels; Ariel, Raphael, Gabriel, Celestina, Faith, Cassiel, Daniel, Sarah, Michael, and a layer created by the Cherubs).
b. Reactivate Step 9 – The Pure Joy Process: Touch your thumb to your Joy Stone (or to the inside edge of your index finger) and as you do, offer a heartfelt blessing to all of your loved ones.
c. Reactivate Step 10 – The Compassion Process: Tap your heart center 10 times while slowly inhaling.
d. Reactivate Step 11 – The Homecoming Process: Enact the “hearthug” in which you extend your right hand out in front of you while you place your left hand over your heart center.
e. Reactivate Step 12 – The Unity in Action Process: Hold your left hand palm up in front of your heart center and place your crystal key (or your virtual crystal key) in your left palm. Hold your right hand palm up next to your left hand. Extend both of your hands outward and upward towards the angels so they can re-activate your crystal key. Gently close your left hand over your crystal key, and close your right hand over your left hand and bring your hands back to your heart and press your hands, with your crystal key inside, against your heart center.
3. Invoke the IET Energy Rays: IET Master-Instructors can reattune themselves to the Basic, Advanced and Intermediate levels to invoke the IET Energy Rays. Students can simply receive the Energy Rays through this recording (with the help of the angels).
4. Creating your Heart Star:
a. Bring your Earth Star up to your heart-center: Create a counter-clockwise vortex of energy around you.
b. Bring your Soul Star down to your heart-center: Create a clockwise vortex of energy around you.
c. Join the two together with the energy of gratitude
d. Use the energy of gratitude to begin to anchor your Heart Star permanently into your heart-center.
e. Meet your soul council and receive their love f. Use the sacred “infinity symbol” geometry to anchor your
Heart Star permanently into your heart-center.
5. Grounding: touch your right hand to your left knee as you touch your right hand to your left knee.
Before you listen to our Step 14 : Being Love … Living Love program
Crystal Key: During this Being Love … Living Love program, you will use what we call a “Crystal Key” to re-activate the Step 12 Unity In Action process and align your Heart Star with the Unity Wave. It is best to use the Crystal Key that you created when you enacted the IET Step 12 Unity in Action Process. However, you can use any small crystal that you can hold comfortably in your hand. Please have your Crystal Key handy before you begin this audio program. If you do not have a physical Crystal Key then you can use a “Virtual Crystal Key”in which you simply imagine you have a crystal.
Joy Stone: We will also use what we call a “Joy Stone” to re-activate the Step 9 Pure Joy process as we offer the energy of our blessings. A joy stone can be any small object that is made out of something natural like stone, ceramic, crystal, or wood, that you can easily hold in your hand. Please have your Joy Stone handy before you begin this audio program. If you do not have a physical Joy Stone then you can use a “Virtual Joy Stone” in which you press your thumb against the inside edge of your index finger.
