Barbara is the Director/Owner of the Center of Being, IET® Master-Instructor Trainer/Practitioner, Life Coach, Guided Imagery Coach, MBF Coach, Holistic Wellness Coach, Reiki Master, and Kundalini Reiki Master. For over fifteen years, she studied a variety of different energy modalities. These modalities and techniques transformed her life. Through these experiences, she gained the love and passion for a holistic approach to life. Barbara works with others to empower them to engage in self-care, become self-aware, and understand they have the power to change their lives. Her work includes a mixture of techniques customized for each person to walk away with simple tools they can use to improve their mental, emotional, and physical wellness. It is the time to get those "issues out of your tissues" and live the life you love and love the life you live!

* Guided Imagery - is a gentle yet powerful technique that focuses and directs the imagination to reduce stress and increase relaxation.
* Reiki - a hands-on energy technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes self-healing.

Classes

* Integrated Energy Therapy, Kundalini Reiki, meditation, mindfulness, chakras, essential oils, crystals, mind, body, and fitness.
* Classes and workshops are held online and in person depending on the class.
* Will travel to teach.
