Hello! I’m Teresa. I help people return to coherence — through healing, learning, and expression.

There’s a thread that connects all of my work.

Whether someone comes to me for energy therapy, energy therapy training, or marketing mentorship, they are usually standing at a threshold.

Something in their life, work, or way of being is asking for greater clarity, alignment, and coherence.

My role is to help create the conditions for that unfolding to happen naturally.

For over 25 years, I have worked in leadership, brand, and marketing at the executive level, helping organizations build trust, connection, and meaningful communication.

At the same time, my own healing journey led me deeply into the world of energy therapy and consciousness work through meditation and modalities such as Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy®, Access Bars®, and Shamanic Energy Medicine.

Services

I work directly with the subtle energy systems of the body — the places where stress, emotion, and old patterns are held. In-person in Brandon, Manitoba or remotely, I support your field in clearing what has become heavy or stagnant and restoring the natural flow of energy throughout your system.

As your field clears and reorganizes, you will feel lighter, calmer, more spacious, or more connected to yourself. You may notice subtle signals that energy is moving—tingles, warmth, emotion, breath shifts—as your system unwinds and rebalances.

Emanessence (Marketing Mentorship for Holistic Entrepreneurs):
This marketing mentorship for holistic practitioners is designed to help you learn to communicate from the truth of who you are.
Your lived experience, intuitive insight, and natural way of seeing the world become the foundation of language that feels grounded, clear, and unmistakably yours.
Together, we explore the deeper themes, perspectives, and patterns that shape your work and naturally differentiate your presence. These become the compass for content and communication that feels authentic, resonant, and energizing to create.
As your voice becomes clearer and your presence more coherent, visibility shifts from performance to alignment. Your story becomes a bridge. Your perspective becomes your differentiation. Your presence becomes the signal that draws your people toward you.
