Class Description

Human beings often function like programmed systems, repeating the same emotional and mental patterns simply because they’re familiar.

Through consistency, commitment and repetition, a new way of being can become embodied. Over time, what was intentional becomes natural. The nervous system learns it. The body learns it. Peace becomes cellular memory.

INTERMEDIATE INTEGRATED ENERGY THERAPY® (IET®)

Intermediate IET® takes you deeper into the layers where these patterns live.

Building on Basic IET®, this in-person training teaches you how to clear mental and karmic imprints from the energy field, supporting deeper shifts in clarity, perspective and emotional freedom.

You’ll learn the Intermediate “Pullout Release” technique, using the chakras in your palms like “energy magnets” to lift long-held patterns from the energy field.

You’ll also learn how to identify whether a blockage originates at the physical, emotional, mental or karmic level and clear imprints across all four layers.

During the workshop, you’ll receive the Intermediate IET® attunement, connecting you with a higher frequency of IET® energy and expanding your ability to work with deeper patterns.

Open to anyone who has completed Basic IET®.

Hello! My name is Teresa. I support people in exploring their subtle energy system, reconnecting more deeply with themselves, and discovering what becomes possible when space is created for something to shift. A lifelong seeker with a deep curiosity about energy, consciousness and human potential, my own experiences with energy work opened a doorway into extraordinary states of awareness and a desire to explore what exists beyond our everyday perception of ourselves and the world around us. I am an Integrated Energy Therapy® Master Instructor and Reiki Master, with additional training in Access Bars®, chakra and aura work, and ongoing studies in Shamanic Energy Medicine. Through individual and group sessions, practitioner training and experiential offerings, my work is grounded in a simple belief: you are already whole and have within you everything you have always wanted. My role is simply to create the space for you to relax, remain open, and experience that truth for yourself.
