What first brought you to IET?

I was looking for space, love and positivity when I found an IET practitioner on Tik Tok-she talked about the benefits of IET including the peace she found emotionally, the support of the IET community and the joy she had found using IET therapy.

How long have you practiced IET and tell us about your journey in the modality?

I started my IET journey with Tik Tik in October 2023 and became a practitioner through the intensive class Spring of 2024 and then a Master practitioner in October 2024.

Please share a special highlight during your experience with IET.

I’ve learned how to release what is negative and not serving me, how to find joy and what my life path truly is.

How has your work in IET benefitted you personally?

I have found joy, peace, love for myself and love for IET. I am more patient and giving and love myself more than ever.
