About
I am a seeker and, occasionally, a “Finder”! Through the horrific experience of losing my son to suicide, I began to dig deeper into self healing. I’ve always known on an intuitive level that human beings are much more powerful than we realize.I put this theory to the test by starting with myself. The grief was hauntingly heavy and I knew I must tap into a sacred internal space in order to survive the loss of my child. The irony is that I met my IET instructor (the amazing Keith Horwitz) through my son’s memorial. In a way, my son Hayden guided my heart and soul to IET and I believe this experience amplifies the power of the work that I do as an IET Therapist. As a long term Breathworker and a devotee of the Science of Meditation of Paramahansa Yogananda, IET fits seamlessly into my practice providing a multi-tiered stream of benefits flowing in from the Divine.
PS - If you go to my site, you’ll notice that I’m also a California State licensed Esthetician! Several years ago I left the TV & Film industry to pursue a passion for skincare. My journey as a practitioner started on the outside and moved inside to that sacred internal space that is the soul. The Energy work integrates beautifully with facial treatments!
