About
Hello! I’m Teresa, an Energy Therapy Practitioner and Instructor.
I work with the subtle energy systems of the body to clear blockages, release old patterns, and restore natural flow. My practice blends a range of healing arts—including Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy®, Access Bars®, chakra and aura work, and both remote and in-person group facilitation—all grounded in compassion, intuition, and sacred presence.
I am currently deepening my work through advanced training with The Four Winds Society, working toward certification as a Master Practitioner of Shamanic Energy Medicine. This earth-honouring lineage adds ancestral depth and luminous healing to my evolving offerings.
Beyond my dedication to Energy Therapy, I also lead HighVibeTimes.ca, a platform that amplifies the voices of holistic practitioners, healers, and conscious creators dedicated to helping others heal, awaken, and expand.
Whether you’re stepping into a private healing, a group experience, or a certification training, you’ll receive far more than energy work—you’ll be held, seen, and gently guided back to your authentic, powerful self.
