About
Hello! My name is Teresa. I support people in exploring their subtle energy system, reconnecting more deeply with themselves, and discovering what becomes possible when space is created for something to shift.
A lifelong seeker with a deep curiosity about energy, consciousness and human potential, my own experiences with energy work opened a doorway into extraordinary states of awareness and a desire to explore what exists beyond our everyday perception of ourselves and the world around us.
I am an Integrated Energy Therapy® Master Instructor and Reiki Master, with additional training in Access Bars®, chakra and aura work, and ongoing studies in Shamanic Energy Medicine.
Through individual and group sessions, practitioner training and experiential offerings, my work is grounded in a simple belief: you are already whole and have within you everything you have always wanted. My role is simply to create the space for you to relax, remain open, and experience that truth for yourself.
Services
I work directly with the subtle energy systems of the body — the places where stress, emotion, and old patterns are held. In-person in Brandon, Manitoba or remotely, I support your field in clearing what has become heavy or stagnant and restoring the natural flow of energy throughout your system.
As your field clears and reorganizes, you will feel lighter, calmer, more spacious, or more connected to yourself. You may notice subtle signals that energy is moving—tingles, warmth, emotion, breath shifts—as your system unwinds and rebalances.

This marketing mentorship for holistic practitioners is designed to help you learn to communicate from the truth of who you are.
Your lived experience, intuitive insight, and natural way of seeing the world become the foundation of language that feels grounded, clear, and unmistakably yours.
Together, we explore the deeper themes, perspectives, and patterns that shape your work and naturally differentiate your presence. These become the compass for content and communication that feels authentic, resonant, and energizing to create.
As your voice becomes clearer and your presence more coherent, visibility shifts from performance to alignment. Your story becomes a bridge. Your perspective becomes your differentiation. Your presence becomes the signal that draws your people toward you.
