Rev. Sheila B. Tillich is a Universal Master Healer, Transformational Educator, Ordained Metaphysical Minister, and compassionate guide dedicated to helping others release, heal, and evolve. Through her own journey of recovery, self-healing, and spiritual transformation, Sheila discovered the profound ability each person has to create meaningful change and reconnect with their authentic self.

As a Heart Activator, Sheila believes every heart holds the wisdom needed for healing and transformation. Her mission is to support individuals in experiencing deeper self-love, emotional freedom, resilience, and alignment with their highest potential.

With over 40 years of experience in personal transformation, healthcare, recovery, and spiritual development, Sheila bridges compassionate care with consciousness-based healing. Her background includes Rochester General Hospital, hospice and palliative care, patient care, phlebotomy, and vascular access.

Sheila empowers individuals through energy medicine, HeartMath® practices, emotional resilience tools, and spiritual education to transform limiting beliefs, release energetic blocks, and awaken their inner wisdom.
