Class Description

September 25–27, 2026 | Live Online via Zoom | $399 | 10 AM–2 PM CDT each day

Already trained in IET® and looking to refamiliarize yourself with the practice? This 3-Day IET® Refresher is your supported way back in.

Created exclusively for practitioners who have previously completed Basic, Intermediate and Advanced IET® training, this live online weekend takes you back through all three levels - refreshing the techniques, reconnecting with the energy and providing an online group setting for you to give and receive.

Over three days, we’ll revisit:

Basic: Friday, September 25 | 10 AM–2 PM CDT

Refresh the Heartlink process, the nine Integration Points and each steps for giving a complete Basic IET® session.

Intermediate: Saturday, September 26 | 10 AM–2 PM CDT

Refresh working with the mental and karmic layers, the Pullout Release technique and the process for giving a complete Intermediate IET® session.

Advanced: Sunday, September 27 | 10 AM–2 PM CDT

Refresh the Advanced techniques for envisioning, embracing and enacting your Soul’s Mission.

You’ll also gain experience practicing IET® online, connect with other Advanced practitioners and have the opportunity to find a practice buddy so you can continue giving and receiving sessions after the weekend.

Your registration also includes one guided online practice session after the refresher weekend to help you keep the momentum going.

About Teresa Roulette

Hello! My name is Teresa. I support people in exploring their subtle energy system, reconnecting more deeply with themselves, and discovering what becomes possible when space is created for something to shift. A lifelong seeker with a deep curiosity about energy, consciousness and human potential, my own experiences with energy work opened a doorway into extraordinary states of awareness and a desire to explore what exists beyond our everyday perception of ourselves and the world around us. I am an Integrated Energy Therapy® Master Instructor and Reiki Master, with additional training in Access Bars®, chakra and aura work, and ongoing studies in Shamanic Energy Medicine. Through individual and group sessions, practitioner training and experiential offerings, my work is grounded in a simple belief: you are already whole and have within you everything you have always wanted. My role is simply to create the space for you to relax, remain open, and experience that truth for yourself.
