A ONE-DAY, HANDS-ON ENERGY HEALING WORKSHOP

Have you ever felt like certain emotions or patterns keep repeating—no matter how much you try to move forward?

Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) offers a gentle, structured way to release emotional imprints from the body and energy field, creating space for greater ease, clarity and emotional freedom.

This 7-hour, in-person Basic IET® training is designed for beginners. No prior energy work experience is needed.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Throughout the day, you’ll both give and receive energy healing, allowing you to experience the process directly while learning through hands-on practice.

• The nine Integration Points used in Basic IET®
• A clear, step-by-step process for giving a complete Basic IET® session

About Teresa Roulette

Hello! My name is Teresa. I support people in exploring their subtle energy system, reconnecting more deeply with themselves, and discovering what becomes possible when space is created for something to shift. A lifelong seeker with a deep curiosity about energy, consciousness and human potential, my own experiences with energy work opened a doorway into extraordinary states of awareness and a desire to explore what exists beyond our everyday perception of ourselves and the world around us. I am an Integrated Energy Therapy® Master Instructor and Reiki Master, with additional training in Access Bars®, chakra and aura work, and ongoing studies in Shamanic Energy Medicine. Through individual and group sessions, practitioner training and experiential offerings, my work is grounded in a simple belief: you are already whole and have within you everything you have always wanted. My role is simply to create the space for you to relax, remain open, and experience that truth for yourself.
