BASIC IET® MONTHLY SESSION SHARE

Fourth Wednesday of Every Month | Live Online | 6-7:30 PM CDT

Created exclusively for Basic IET® Practitioners, this monthly online Session Share is an opportunity to practice Basic techniques, receive a highly focused session yourself, connect with fellow practitioners, and build confidence working with IET® beyond your local community.

Together, we’ll work as a group, focusing our collective intention on one recipient at a time.

Each IET® Practitioner will simultaneously focus on:

* Release Guilt ? Imprint Innocence
* Release Distrust ? Imprint Trust
* Release Shame ? Imprint Spiritual Pride
* Release Threat ? Imprint Support
* Release Shoulds ? Imprint Freedom
* Release Heartache & Betrayal ? Imprint Love
* Release Resentment ? Imprint Forgiveness
* Release Anger ? Imprint Forgiveness
* Release Stress & Powerlessness ? Imprint Ease
* Release Fear ? Imprint Safety

Then we rotate, giving every person in the group the opportunity to become the recipient of the focused intention and IET® energy of all other practitioners.

In IET®, when you give a session, you also receive a session - making this a beautiful opportunity to practice, receive and experience the energy together.

About Teresa Roulette

Hello! My name is Teresa. I support people in exploring their subtle energy system, reconnecting more deeply with themselves, and discovering what becomes possible when space is created for something to shift. A lifelong seeker with a deep curiosity about energy, consciousness and human potential, my own experiences with energy work opened a doorway into extraordinary states of awareness and a desire to explore what exists beyond our everyday perception of ourselves and the world around us. I am an Integrated Energy Therapy® Master Instructor and Reiki Master, with additional training in Access Bars®, chakra and aura work, and ongoing studies in Shamanic Energy Medicine. Through individual and group sessions, practitioner training and experiential offerings, my work is grounded in a simple belief: you are already whole and have within you everything you have always wanted. My role is simply to create the space for you to relax, remain open, and experience that truth for yourself.
