For all orders going to Canada: With the continued strikes with the Canadian Postal Service, customers could see delays of several days.

2. Ordering by Phone
You can place your order by phone by calling our Woodstock, NY USA office. Our office is open most weeks Monday to Thursday 9:30AM – 4:30PM EDT.

We will email you an order confirmation when your order ships (if we have your email address).
If you are not happy with your order and you wish to return any products within 30 days, we will provide a full refund for products received in original condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For return/exchange approval, please call Barbara Stepniak at USA (845) 657-7220 or send an email to: email@example.com for authorization before returning your item(s).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
