double beds, queen beds or king beds. No hotel guest rooms are being set aside for this event, so if you are interested in staying at the hotel, please contact them directly.
Note: Parking will be complimentary but it is limited and subject to availability. Any spots available in the lot behind our building, the students are more than welcome to use.

Agenda: We will begin at 9:30am, and have several breaks during the day. We will be playing energy games, meeting with our angel families, and learning new IET techniques. And as always, it's a great time to see old friends!
Note: we will not have any vendor rooms available, but Masters should feel free to bring products to sell from their cars during the lunch break, if they wish to.
Lunch Menu:
Registration: You can attend this all-day Retreat for $130.00 CDN if you register before September 22, and $160.00 CDN if you register after. Lunch is included in the price, and unfortunately, we cannot offer a fee for the Retreat without lunch. Lunch will be a choice of vegetarian and non vegetarian delights. Registration consists of payment in full. Your registration fee will be refunded if you cancel more than 30 days in advance.

It pays to register early! We will accept registrations from the first 25 people, and create a waiting list beyond that.

Directions: From Montreal Follow I-89N, which will become Provincial Route 133 N to Autoroute 35N. Merge to Autoroute 10 West and keep on going over Champlain Bridge approaching Montreal. Off bridge follow to Autoroute 15N to merge to Autoroute 40 West. Follow 40 West becoming 417 West once entered the province of Ontario. Follow 417 west to Ottawa. Take Metcalfe Street exit and follow Metcalfe Street to Cooper Street. Turn right on Cooper Street, go 2 blocks to Cartier Street. Turn left at the stop sign. We are directly on your right, at the corner of Cooper and Cartier.
From Albany, NY Follow I-90W toward Buffalo. Merge onto I-481 N via Exit 34A toward OSWEGO/WATERTOWN. Merge onto I-81N via Exit 9N toward Watertown. I-81N becomes Provincial Route 137N. Take the HWY-401E ramp toward OTTAWA/MONTREAL. Merge onto Provincial Route 401 E / Macdonald-Cartier Freeway. Take the HWY-416 N exit – EXIT 721A- toward KEMPTVILLE/OTTAWA. Follow Highway 416 to Highway 417 (Queensway) east and exit at Metcalfe Street. Follow Metcalfe Street to Cooper Street. Turn right on Cooper Street, go 2 blocks to Cartier Street.
