This Cork Hotel is situated in the beautiful, historical village of Glanmire, in Co. Cork. Fitzgerald's Vienna Woods Hotel is one of the top hotels in Cork. We will be holding this class in the Munster Room.

We will be breaking for lunch on Sat and Sunday. The hotel has several nice choices for eating - from cafe to restaurant. The cost of lunch is not included in the class price.

Encased in history, Crawford's lounge is situated within the main Mansion, the name is derived from the famous Beamish and Crawford Brewers, where the Crawford family lived here from 1905 until 1964. Crawford's lounge offers guests all the comforts of a modern Cork restaurant with food and beverages available all day, while savoring the architecture and decoration of a 19th century building.

Class Size: Please note that the class is limited to the first 30 students and 5 reviewing IET Master-Instructors who register.

Travelling from Dublin

      - From Dublin follow all signs for Cork
      - At the first roundabout you meet, take the 3rd exit for Cork/Limerick
      - At 2nd roundabout, take 2nd exit for Glanmire
      - About ½mile from roundabout, the hotel is up on your left.

  Travelling from East Cork

      - At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto New Cork Road (signposted Cork N25)
      - At mini-roundabout continue forward onto Cork Road
      - Bear left onto the N25 (signposted Cork)
      - Continue forward onto the N8 (signposted Cork, Limerick N20)
      - Continue forward onto the N8 Entering Cork
      - At roundabout take the 2nd exit (signposted Glanmire)
      - Bear left onto the R639
      - Continue forward onto Barrys Terrace - R639 Entering Glanmire
      - Finish at Glanmire Village,Cork

  Travelling from West Cork

      - Continue forward onto Wolfe Town Way
      - At roundabout take the 1st exit onto the N71
      - Continue forward onto the N71 Entering Ballinascarty
      - Continue forward onto Clonakilty Road - N71 Entering Bandon
      - Turn right onto the N71 (signposted Through traffic)
      - Turn left (signposted Through traffic)
      - At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Cork Road - N71
      - Continue forward onto the N71 Entering Innishannon
      - At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the N71 (signposted Cork)
      - Continue forward onto Bandon Road - N71 Entering Cork
      - At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Bandon Road - N71
      - At Bandon Road Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto South Ring Road - N25 (signposted South Ring East
      - At Sarsfield Road Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto South Ring Road - N25 (signposted South Ring East)
      - At Kinsale Road Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto South Ring Road - N25 (signposted Douglas, Ferryport)
      - At Bloomfield Interchange continue forward onto the N25 (signposted Dublin, Rosslare)
      - At Dunkettle Interchange roundabout take the 1st exit, then merge onto the N8 (signposted Cork)
      - At roundabout take the 2nd exit (signposted Glanmire)
      - Continue forward onto Barrys Terrace - R639 Entering Glanmire
      - Finish at Glanmire Village,Cork

  Travelling from Cork City

      - Start out at Cork,Cork
      - At Junction 24 continue forward onto St Patricks Bridge - N8
      - Turn right onto Maccurtain Street - N8
      - At roundabout take the 1st exit (signposted Glanmire)

  Travelling from Limerick

      - Coming from the Mallow Road
      - Bypass Blarney.
      - Up the dual carriageway, on the left is the Commons Inn, McDonalds bypass these.
      - You will come to a set of Traffic lights keep going straight, (Dunnes Stores Blackpool Shopping Centre will be on your left), you will then come to another set of traffic lights & go left, up to another set go straight through.
      - You will come into Ballyvolane area.
      - Go straight through the next 4 sets of traffic lights.
      - Turn left at end of hill, (Do not go over bridge)
      - You will pass Silversprings Moran Hotel on your left.
      - You will come onto a dual carriageway.
      - At roundabout, take 1st exit left for Glanmire.
      - Vienna Woods Hotel, 500 yards on your left

  Travelling from Cork Airport

      - Turn left out of airport at roundabout
      - Straight through next set of traffic lights
      - At "Kinsale Road roundabout" take road for Dublin & Waterford (N8 & N25)
      - Keep going straight, you will go through the "Jack Lynch Tunnel"
      - At roundabout take 1st exit on left for Cork City
      - At next roundabout take 2nd exit for Glanmire
      - Hotel on left about ½mile from roundabout

  Travelling from South East

      - Through Macroom
      - By-pass Ballincollig, Follow the signs for Cork N22
      - At "Bandon Road" roundabout, take 2nd exit for Dublin/Waterford N25
      - At "Sarsfield Road" roundabout, take 2nd exit for Dublin/Waterford N25
      - Follow the dual-carriageway; you will go straight over the flyover, bypass Douglas & Rochestown.
      - Go through the "Jack Lynch Tunnel"; take the 1st exit on the left up a slip road and onto a roundabout, taking the 2nd exit towards Glanmire.
      - We are about 100 yards from here up on the left.
